Technostress Creators and Employee’s Well-Being at a Telecommunication Company in Sarawak, Malaysia

There are many benefits of technology in the workplace, such as an increase productivity and knowledge acquisition. However, technological advancement workplace may cause technostress. The term technostress refers to negative psychological relationship between people adopting new technologies. Technostress occurs when cannot adequately adapt or interact with information purpose this study is determine five creators, namely, techno-overload, techno-invasions, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, techno-uncertainty towards employee well-being at one Telecommunication Company Sarawak, Malaysia. respondents cross-sectional quantitative were 141 individual employees. Data collected using convenience sampling by utilizing a Google form that was distributed all populations under study. findings research indicate strong creators Thus, adds relationships employees’ workplace. Since found most prevailing independent variable techno-invasion, thus, recommended company provide guidelines on ICTs use outside work take action limit work-related interruptions.
